Seconn Fabrication installs new robotic welder  

ABCO Welding and Industrial Supply, a provider of industrial, medical and specialty gases throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, has partnered with Lincoln Electric, an internationally recognized manufacturer of welding products, to install a leading edge, uniquely designed robotic welder at Seconn Fabrication of Waterford, Connecticut.

This fully automated MIG welder, designed to specifications developed by Seconn and ABCO, is the first of its kind in eastern Connecticut.  Online as of July 2007, with a Lincoln 455M/stt power supply and Fanuc controller, this new technology will enhance the already efficient production capabilities at Seconn as well as manage projected growth “It’s a real pleasure to work with a customer who is always looking ahead to find answers to tomorrow’s needs, shares Todd Gigliotti, Seconn Account Manager at ABCO.
