Seconn Fabrication installs advanced finishing system

Seconn Fabrication of Waterford, Connecticut, the leading sheet metal fabricator in the Northeastern United States, has installed a fully automated Industrial Finishing System developed by General Automatic Transfer Company (GAT) of Saint Louis, Missouri.

This new Finishing System, provides state-of-the-art coating capabilities including custom color choices, extended slat spray and corrosion resistance, as well as a superior finish coating,

“The system purchased by Seconn, includes a combination washer, oven and conveyor system,” shares Aaron Hughes of GAT. “ We are especially proud of this unit, for its energy efficiency and rust-resistant construction. With patented air seals protecting the oven openings, we provided Seconn with a user-friendly, environmentally conscious and cost-effective dry off and paint curing system. Because our units are designed to last longer, Seconn can operate at greater efficiencies for the benefit of their customers.”
