Hearing businesses, of any kind, hype the fact that they produce a “quality” product always seems a bit odd to our team at Seconn. I do not believe quality is an add-on feature or a bonus item that our customers buy. Superior quality is inherent and expected in everything we do. It is part of the fabric of our culture. One in which quality is a by-product of the pride and craftsmanship we put into each client we serve.

Ensuring Quality
While Seconn believes that quality without compromise is to be expected by any customer and is not a feature that a manufacturer should teach as a unique quality of service. Seconn, none-the-less goes beyond what is expected to ensure its quality control remains at the highest level. Seconn is continually improving the effectiveness of its Quality Assurance System based on International ISO 9000 standards which is an integral part of both management and production processes.
As should be the industry standard, each and every aspect of the day-to-day operations of Seconn is conducted in accordance with its quality policies. This process is designed to integrate human, technical and material resources in a manner that results in optimum production consistent with the highest possible quality standards. There are no exceptions to this commitment. Each and every employee, including management, is expected to understand and work towards Seconn’s quality commitment. |
